| We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been mis-ordered may also be returned for refund or exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in new saleable condition with all packaging and contents. Units showing signs of use, ie. solder or screw marks or scratches cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply. Special order items are not returnable. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Simply Speakers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Simply Speakers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Simply Speakers shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |

Speaker Refoaming: 7 years (limited to surround life) 1 year (automotive speakers)
Speaker Reconing: 90 days
Speaker Rediaphragm: 90 days
We do not warranty recone kits or diaphragms that are not installed by our technicians.
Speakers showing signs of mis-use, overpowering, or distorted amplifiers will not be covered under warranty. Speakers with burnt voice coils, blistered voice coils, or torn cones will not be covered under warranty.
