I bought our teenage daughter a 2002 Jeep Liberty for her first car. Unfortunately, the front door speakers sounded horrible and needed to be replaced. After pulling the speakers out, I discovered that the foam had torn away from the woofers. After doing a little research, I found out that I couldn't just replace the speakers because they were amplified and part of the upgraded original Infinity sound system sold with the car. And to make matters worse, those speakers hadn't been made for years. I had spent enough money getting the car in shape and did not want to add another $500 or more for a new system. Luckily, I ran across Simply Speakers during my research and saw their video on You Tube. In short, the speaker foam repair kit saved me hundreds of dollars and was easy to use. Simply put, the system now sounds as good as new. Time will tell how long it will last, but I don't see any reason why they won't sound this good for years to come. By that time, she can buy her own dang system!
