Figured a 50 dollar fix would spare me the 1200 I would be paying for new ones.
Well it's been a couple weeks and I swear they seem to hit harder than they did before the repair. Prep took some patience and some time but after everything was set up the install was a breeze an the end result had been 100% so far.
Do yourself a favor and don't blow money on a new speaker when you could fix an existing one! Great product!!

well worth the money
I bought a set of cheap recones for my speakers and they were so stiff and had no excursion and 1 last about 4 days in the sealed box and the other busted the same day in a new sealed box. But after I reconed both speakers to these and they have been great ! Been about two weeks I'm a ported box and they are holding up great! 5 stars all day! Buy these! So worth the extra few bucks !
