I am completely thrilled with both the speaker AND the service I received from Simply Speakers. I also had purchased the replacement foam for my speakers, which went well until I dropped one of the speakers while checking alignment and ripped out the lead wires. After talking to Randy, he asked me to send pictures of the damaged speaker, which I did. He felt they could repair it, but I decided to go ahead and order the speaker they recommended with a caveat that it would not sound like the other one. I decided that the price was cheap enough that if I really did not like the new speaker, I could always send the damaged one in for repair. Turns out that the new speaker is just fine - It is one of 8 others, so my ear really isn't sharp enough to detect the difference. I highly recommend this company for both their products and excellent support and service!

Product shipped same day. Installed in vintage Bose 501 speakers and the sounded better than original. Selected a wider range speaker to help with the mid-range performance. Would recommend!
