Shipping Speakers To Us For Repair

Remove all screws and gently pry speaker frame from cabinet using a flat screwdriver. Note the positive and negative connections and mark them appropriately so you can hook everything back up correctly when you receive your speakers back from us.

Bolt speakers face to face through screw holes. Nylon wire straps can be used for smaller speakers. Wrap and tape speakers in bubble wrap. (If shipping only one speaker, protect the cone using a piece of cardboard).
Place speakers in a sturdy cardboard box making sure there is at least 4 inches of tightly packed newspaper, packed foam, or bubble wrap around ALL sides. If using packing peanuts, speakers may settle during shipment, causing possible damage. Double boxing is recommended for heavier speakers.
When sending in Toyota, Lexus, BMW, etc speakers, please include their entire package trays, plates or panels that the speakers are mounted on. Please DO NOT remove, desolder the wires or cut the wiring harness!
