Shipping Speakers To Us For Repair






Packing Instructions:

  1. Remove all mounting screws and gently pry speaker frame from cabinet using a flat screwdriver. Note the positive and negative connections and mark them appropriately so you can hook everything back up correctly when you receive your speakers back from us.
  2. Place a stiff piece of cardboard in front of the speaker to protect the cone and wrap each speaker in bubble wrap. Smaller units can be bolted together face to face to protect the cones.
  3. Place speaker(s) in a sturdy cardboard box making sure there is at least 4 inches of tightly packed newspaper, packed foam, or bubble wrap around ALL sides. Double boxing is recommended for heavier speakers. If you ship 2 speakers together, be sure to put each speaker in its own box and then put the two boxes inside one larger sturdy box.
  4. When sending in Toyota, Lexus, BMW, etc. speakers, please include the entire package tray, plate or panel that the speakers are mounted on. If they are mounted in a subwoofer box, the speaker can be removed before shipment. Please DO NOT de-solder or cut the wiring harness in any way!

Shipping and Payment Details:

  1. We DO NOT require a pre-authorization, an RA or RMA number to ship speakers to us for repair.
  2. Find your speaker repair price by visiting the Repair Prices link here: Speaker Repair Prices
  3. Fill out our shipping form and include it with your speakers.
  4. We will charge the repair price shown on our website, PLUS a $20 processing fee per order, PLUS return shipping.
  5. Return shipping costs vary, and are based on weight, dimensional size, and your zip code. We will calculate the return shipping charges and add them to your invoice.
  6. Once your speakers arrive to us, we will generate a repair order and invoice. We will email you a confirmation showing all charges and a total prior to starting repairs.
  7. Once repairs are done and your speakers are tested and ready for shipment, we will email a notice of completion and request for payment. We may also call you to arrange payment if needed.
  8. Return shipping is provided by UPS or US Mail depending on your location, cost, and quality of service available to your location.
  9. Our turnaround times for repair vary, but average 2 weeks for refoaming service and 3 weeks for reconing service.
