Shipping Speakers To Us For Repair

We DO NOT require an RA or RMA number to ship speakers to us for repair. Please fill out our shipping form and include it in the box.

Remove all mounting screws and gently pry speaker frame from cabinet using a flat screwdriver. Note the positive and negative connections and mark them appropriately so you can hook everything back up correctly when you receive your speakers back from us.

Place a stiff piece of cardboard in front of the speaker to protect the cone and wrap each speaker in bubble wrap.

Place each speaker in a sturdy cardboard box making sure there is at least 4 inches of tightly packed newspaper, packed foam, or bubble wrap around ALL sides. Double boxing is recommended for heavier speakers. If you ship 2 speakers together, be sure to put each speaker in its own box and then put the two boxes inside one larger sturdy box.

When sending in Toyota, Lexus, BMW, etc. speakers, you may include the entire package trays, plates or panels that the speakers are mounted on. Please DO NOT remove, desolder the wires or cut the wiring harness on Toyota Avalon subwoofers!
