This Crossover network was a lot bigger and heftier than other networks I could buy any where else. There are 5 holes in the board which fit #6 screws that I did not need to fabricate stand-offs as the board had a non conductive back I just needed to screw it down to the speaker cabinet. No fuss! The push-on connectors made electrical installation easy. The original speakers had only small cpacitors to separate the frequenciy ranges and the sound reproduction was marginal at best. I now enjoy crisp clear sound.

Holy Modal Majesty
Recently stumbled on a pair of vintage HLX speakers at a yard sale that were somewhat lacking in the bottom end. These crossovers were just what they needed and brought out the sound I'm sure Harry L intended. Thanks

Home Audio Enthusiast
I recently purchased and incorporated a set of A-1308 3 Way Crossover, 12 dB/Octave, 625 / 5000 Hz, A-1308.
They brought the Mid Range to fullness and the result is probably the best speakers I have ever built. Several friends also have commented on how clean and crisp they sound and still produce a vibrant Low end as well. I highly recomend these to aynone considering building a Quality set of home speakers.

Not cross with the new crossovers!
At last, my speaker rebuild project is now complete, thanks to my new A-1308
speaker crossovers and new wiring, etc. They are fabulous! I only made one slight mistake; I used 18 gauge speaker wire from the inputs to the crossovers, and to the drivers. I am running 16 gauge from the amplifier. Not to worry though, I've ordered a spool of 16 gauge and new crimps, so soon everything will be in sync; but it sounds very nice , for a home project!
