Gasket: Remove speaker gasket as shown (for most models).
Gasket removed: This is how the speaker looks with the gasket removed.
Clean: Scrape away any remaining foam from back of gasket (if applicable).
Clean: Scrape all remaining foam and glue from the speaker frame with the edge of utility knife. Use rubbing alcohol to help soften the old foam and glue if necessary.
Clean: Soften any old foam residue on the cone using rubbing alcohol. Dampen the cone edge as needed to release the old foam.
