| Most speaker repair services can be quoted upon visual inspection of the defective units. When speaker cabinets or systems are sent or brought into our store for an in depth analysis, there will be a minimum bench or "estimate fee" in order to provide an accurate quote for needed repairs. The fee can vary, but is typically $25 per cabinet. Pre-payment of the estimate fee is required when the speaker cabinets or systems arrive at our location. The full amount of the estimate fee will be applied toward needed repairs if the estimate is approved. Otherwise the estimate fee is non-refundable. No speakers, cabinets or systems will be held more than 30 days from notification date of completion or decline of estimate. |

| Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend international buyers check with their country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as "gifts". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. This only applies to shipments outside of the USA.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been mis-ordered may also be returned for refund or exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase at customer expense. Returned items must be in new saleable condition with all packaging and contents. Units showing signs of use, ie. solder or screw marks or scratches cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply. Special order items are not returnable. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Simply Speakers shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
