Terms and Conditions

Return Policy:

We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been mis-ordered may also be returned for refund or exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase at customer expense. Returned items must be in new saleable condition with all ORIGINAL packaging and contents. Units showing signs of use, ie. solder or screw marks or scratches cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply. In most cases, no RMA is required, simply include a copy of the sales receipt with your return along with a brief description of the issue. If a refund is not allowed, and in the event of a store credit being issued, the credit is good for 1 year from date of issuance. Special order items are NOT returnable.

Warranty Terms:

New Replacement Speakers: 1 year
Used Replacement Speakers: 90 days
Speaker Refoaming: 7 years home and pro speakers, 1 year automotive speakers (limited to surround life only).
Speaker Reconing: 90 days home, pro, and automotive speakers
Speaker Rediaphragm: 90 days home, pro, and automotive speakers

Due to the nature of voice coils and their installation, we do not warranty recone kits, diaphragms, or other repair kits that are not installed and fully tested by our technicians.

Speakers showing signs of mis-use, overpowering, underpowering (distorted), malfunctioning amplifiers, or improper crossovers will not be covered under warranty. Speakers with burnt voice coils, blistered voice coils, torn cones, spiders, or other signs of abuse, amplifier malfunction, crossover malfunction, or mis-use will not be covered under warranty.

Simply Speakers purchase or repair receipt must be presented with any speaker or part for warranty consideration.

Items returned for warranty consideration must be shipped freight pre-paid, with all ORIGINAL packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping of new item to you if warranty claim is deemed valid.

Store Hours:

We are open for business from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). We are closed on the following major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Credit Cards:

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please be sure to provide your EXACT billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address your credit or debit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or your charge to be declined. In the event of your credit or debit card being declined due to an address mis-match, your credit card company may hold the funds temporarily. We will not capture funds on a declined transaction and your bank may show these funds as temporarily "un-available", "authorized" or "pending payment". Please contact your card issuing bank for details on how they handle these transactions.

Checks and Money Orders:

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Personal checks at our store are NOT accepted. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.


Most orders received before 3:00 pm, EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 pm, EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or any major USA holiday except by prior arrangement. US Mail shipments arrive Monday through Saturday. UPS shipments are Monday through Friday only, unless prior arrangements are made by phone for special Overnight Saturday delivery (extra fees). If you place an order for UPS 2-day service on a Thursday, it will not be delivered until the following Monday. If you place an order for UPS Overnight service on a Friday, it will not be delivered until the following Monday. Deliveries are not expected on any major USA holiday.

Estimate Fees and Labor Charges:

Most speaker repair services can be quoted upon visual inspection of the defective units. When speaker cabinets or systems are sent or brought into our store for an in depth analysis, there will be a minimum bench or "estimate fee" in order to provide an accurate quote for needed repairs. The fee can vary, but is typically $25 per cabinet. Pre-payment of the estimate fee is required when the speaker cabinets or systems arrive at our location. The estimate fee is non-refundable. No speakers, cabinets or systems will be held more than 30 days from notification date of completion or decline of estimate by customer.


Simply Speakers will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states or countries, the customer is solely responsible for sales taxes, duties, or other fees. 

International Customers Duty Fees and Taxes:

If you choose "First Class" International Mail service for your order, there will be limited tracking ability and delivery can take anywhere from 5 to 45 days. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend international buyers check with their country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as "gifts". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. This only applies to shipments outside of the USA.

Out of Stock Products:

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00 pm, EST or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders:

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. The entirety of the original shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.


Our website may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or through any such website.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Simply Speakers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our website, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
