Refoaming Services:

• 7 years - Limited to foam surround life only.

Reconing and Compression Driver Repairs:

• 90 days - All moving parts.*
  
  We do not offer any warranties on diaphragm assemblies or repair kits not installed by our service technicians.

Replacement Speakers:

• 1 year - All moving parts.*

Return Policy:

• Customer incurs all costs of removal and transport to Simply Speakers® for items returned under warranty or for exchange. We will pay return shipping on any items determined to fail under warranty after we receive and evaluate them.
  
  
• In the event of a return under warranty, Simply Speakers® reserves the right to determine the cause of failure and replace or repair at our option.
   
• To audition a speaker without scratching or marking it requires getting it mounted to the speaker cabinet without using mounting screws. This is easily done by tilting the speaker cabinet back and simply setting the speaker in place. Slide the clip connectors to the speaker or wrap bare wire ends around the speaker terminals to connect for auditioning. Be sure to observe the correct polarity. You may need another person to hold the speaker in place while you audition the new speaker. Of course, this is not an optimal way to listen to any speaker, but it will give you a chance to determine the general suitability and response of the system. Speaker character and tonal response are very subjective and vary from listener to listener. Not all speakers are suitable for every application.
  
  
• Returns for store credit, refund, or exchange within 30 days and may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be in brand new, saleable condition, with all original packaging.
  For refund returns, speakers and parts MUST be in BRAND NEW condition, with no scratches, marks, screw dimples (around mounting holes), no solder on the connections, sealing caulk, tape, dirt, sawdust, or other debris. Speakers showing mounting marks or other indications of use will be evaluated and a MINIMUM RESTOCKING FEE of 25% will apply. In some cases, no refund or credit will be offered. 
  
   
• In the event of damage in shipping, please call the carrier immediately to arrange for inspection/pick up of merchandise.  They will notify us and arrange for replacement or repair as necessary.  SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS!  All packages are shipped insured.

  * Units showing signs of excessive power, distortion or abuse (i.e., burnt, bent, or separated voice coils); torn or punctured cones, spiders, and surrounds; or any other signs of misuse or neglect are not covered under warranty.
