Replacement MidRange/Woofer

I am very pleased to say that the installation of this driver went very smoothly and I am very happy with the sound quality. This was a good match for my 8 inch mid range AR driver. I can't tell the difference between this one and the original that it replaced. Highly recommend the product and the service at Simply Speakers.

Sounds Great

Good replacement for a pair of AR MST-1 speakers. Fit perfectly although perhaps slightly less responsive (sensitive) as the original set but the sound is great, maybe better than ever.

woofers fit my Paisley Research Ref. 2 speakers

I was very nervous, I'm no stereo specialist, but I love my 'over 30yr old' speakers, so had nothing to lose. Perfection! Super easy installation, save the old gaskets, ring covers and screws (from both sides of old woofers) so be gentle when removing them. Hint- take lots of pics so you remember how to connect. Worth the investment, I am super pleased with these woofers & simplyspeakers.com made the process easy for me! btw-I'm a 60yr old lady, If I can do this, so can you!!! Beautiful rich sound... 💪zero regrets.

Replacement Advent woofer

I decided replace the speakers In my ar-18bs rather than try to self refoam. No repair facility near me. The new speakers fit almost perfect except for the trim ring from the old speakers. Easy to remove old ones and install the new ones. The new speakers aren't as heavy as the old but the sound is very good. I'm incredibly pleased with customer service. They responded, often within an hour or two for any questions I had. I have a second set of AR-18's to repair plus a set of Criterion 3002's. I will definitely be using Simply Speakers again.

A respectable replacement

This is a respectable replacement for the lower Mid-Range drivers in my pair of AR9's. Installation was easy sound is good. I am hanging on to my originals which have a heavier magnet as I may have them re-foamed in the future. Now if I could just get some 12" Truncated frame 12"woofers!
