Boston Acoustics 4" Foam Speaker Repair Kit FSK-4 (PAIR)

Took only two weeks in holiday time from USA to CANADA.KIT FSK-4 BOSTON ACOUSTIC FOAM GIVED A NEW LIFE TO MY SPEAKERS.CANADIAN DOLLAR IS LOW AND PRICE IS A BIT HIGH BUT WHEN YOU NEED IT YOU NEED IT OR YOU SCRAP IT, BY NEW SPEAKERS, AND THIS IS NOT ECOLOGICAL.

My first attempt was a bit messy, but speaker 2 was better. Note that for Boston satellite (Sub-Sat 6) you need to pull off the metal grille by hooking a paper clip or similar. Warning for other UK customers: customs will slap on £13 import duty which needs to be paid before delivery.

recently purchased the repair kit (FSK-4)for my Boston Acoustics Sat 6 speakers. repair kit was delivered in a timely fashion with all parts included, including easy to follow step by step instructions. the product was of fine quality well worth the money spent. The customer service rep was helpful and very professional. The finished product was a fine sounding speaker and you could not tell it was done by an average joe .... sounded like it was repaired by a professional. I will truly order more speaker repair kits from this company for I do have other speakers that are in need of repair. And now that I know how easy it is to repair speakers I shall do so with confidence regards... Bill

Just as promised. I followed the YouTube video. These were smaller speakers than demonstrated, which made handling the speakers a little more challenging than the video showed. It worked out great. I wish I had not thrown out all of the previous speakers. Thanks!

Worked perfectly for my Boston Acoustics SubStat rear speakers. This is my second foam speaker repair kit. When you follow the instructions it works perfectly replacing the foam edge and you've just extended the life of your speakers inexpensively.

I have an old pair of Boston Subsat 6s from the early 90s. In the early 2000s I had a woofer go and at the time was able to get a replacement woofer from Boston for about $75. Fast forward 10 years and the second had the woofer foam dissentegrate and I left it unused (going to a mono setup) thinking I would get around to finding spare parts). I came across this site and watched the videos so I knew was I was getting into and removed/cleaned up my woofer and then order this. It took no time at all to install and now the full setup is back up and running (currently using as a Zone 2) again all for a 1/3rd of the cost of replacing the woofer 20 years ago, not considering inflation)!

Product worked as advertised and speakers sound great- I need to order the kit for the subwoofer because now I can here that it's bad too
