I bought this kit because my on my computer want bad a after 20 years. Look at other speaker kit sites trying to figure which size I needed. This sit had Boston Acoustics, which what I have. Took some measurements of my speaker and found the one that match. Watch the video which was nice to see how it was done. did what they said and it came out great. Don't quite know what they mean by different foam. would be nice if they had kits for one speaker, such as sub woofers like on computers or sound surround systems. Over all nice kits with good information. Follow instructions and your speaker will sound great. Mine sounds like a new speaker. Thanks

Straight forward installation of Filled Fillet Foam Speaker Kit, adhesive had enough drying time to make adjustments. After hours of drying time, subwoofer dialed up a notch to better sounds again.

great product

i had an old pair of boston acoustic 5" speakers. the foam edge of the woofer crumbled and while looking for a replacement speaker i happened upon simply speakers. i looked into them and i ordered the edge-it kit for my model. very easy and i had the kit within 3 days. i was in the middle of a room remodel so i set that to the side. i watched the video online that concerned the process a couple times and read the instructions. i just repaired the speaker yesterday. everything went as easily as the video showed. i listened to the speaker this morning and it sounds as good as new. i am so glad i found simply speakers and would recommend them to anyone. i know i will end up having to repair the other speaker of this pair and that will be no problem. they supply 2 foam edges with the kit. great stuff!!

Thanks to the staffs quick and awesome response to email for assistance learned how to fix my mistake and repositioning of the cone appropriately. Worked great and speakers sound as expected! Well worth the time and effort.

Exactly as expected

Everything came exactly as expected. Only negative was the baggy that one of the foam parts came in was open and the foam free in the box. Supplied Adhesive was more runny than expected.
