SS Audio Recone Kit for 12" Cerwin Vega L121-4, RK-CVL121-4

Very good quality recone kit and glue. The cone, is like an original Cerwin Vega cone, same paper and same foam suspension.

Absolutely fantastic products

Needed to recone a CV D5 that had a rubbing voice coil. The kit worked perfectly as described in the video and included instructions. This was actually my first recone job and it went perfectly. Note: that the voice coil connections are done a bit differently then in the video when attaching the braided wire to the actual voice coil wires. The CV wires are done under the dust cap as I'm sure others are as well. Great kit, great support.

The product was perfect. Speakers now sound new. Maybe other companys sell this product, the impressive part for me was the service/help. 5 stars! The help line answered almost immediately...EVERY time. Asked for pictures of problem I was having and answered according to what they saw. No guessing. I plan on ordering again soon. These people are tops.

Received the complete kit PLUS the adhesives. Followed the video instructions on Youtube to make it much easier. If you are a rookie like me, expect the repair to take much longer, and don't expect the results to look as professional as the Simply Speakers video. Speaker functions perfectly.

The recone kit was perfect for my Cerwin Vega. The videos walked me through the process, and the company promptly answered all of my questions. I have two more speakers to recone and I will be buying the kits through Simply Speakers.

This purchase was my 2nd set of CV drivers I had done. my first set of 12" were a 2" voice coil, these were an 1.5" voice coil.. matched to the speakers perfectly. these are packaged with great care when they are shipped. both VC ohm we spot on and foam edges on cones were not distorted from shipping. highly recommend! the speakers turned out great and sound wonderful!!
