ESS AMT Factory HEIL Speaker Ribbon Diaphragm 689-1109

ESS uses a 1/4" blob of dark colored silicon at each end of the AMT ribbon to hold it in place under the magnet. My first attempt to install the replacement part I put adhesive under the black plastic and clamped it overnight. It worked but sounded quieter than it's mate. I removed the glue under the black plastic, and put it back in with an 1/4" blob of glue on the end of the ribbon frame on the steel front face plate to keep it from moving side to side, and it works perfect, sound great like the original part.

Perfect to finish off the re-build on the speakers, my poor ESS PS5 speakers now look and sound brand new.

Exact replacement for my ESS Heil tweeter diaphragm. That sweet sound is back!
