Movie lover - loves good Bass!

I was distressed when the foam surround deteriorated on my terrific 8" JAMO sub-woofer after 15 years of faithful service. The thought of possibly having to buy a new 6.1 speaker system at $800 was even more distressing! A quick google search and I discovered Simply Speakers which not only had the BEST videos, but a simple ordering system. Perhaps others might be a bit cheaper (a few bucks at most) but I TRUSTED Simply Speakers from what I saw online. I made a quick tel call to confirm part was the correct one - quickly and helpfully answered. Parts came in two days via post to Toronto Canada. (no customs issue at all) Liked the fact that they include a spare foam in case you muck up. Followed video and within about two + hours (1 hour to clean and 20 mins to install new foam) I was back enjoying solid bass! Good as new! Thanks a ton fellas! I wish you well.

Used these on a pair of classic 80's Jamo J 260. Just trimmed the paper cone a bit, and the foam fit very well.

Was not aware of this product till trying to find a replacement speaker for my sub woofer. Thought I would give it a try and was very pleased with the results. I was worried about finding the correct replacement and by repairing what I had I knew it was correct. After repair speaker sounded like new. I only regret not getting the foam sealant because I was not sure what it was when I placed the order.

Fantastic, easy job for a novice

I was devastated when I took my beloved Jamo 7.7 out of storage and realised the foam surrounds of the woofers had disintegrated. I'm not good at DIY but this kit was easy to work with, clear instructions, and the speakers sounded as good as new once the job was done.
