JBL Control 28T Factory Replacement Crossover Part # 338146-001

This is a complete brand new JBL, Control 28T Crossover with transformer connections
Crossover point 2.8 kHz
Tweeter, woofer and transformer hook up wires included
Crossover mounted on input terminal with color coded wiring harness and fuse bulb protection
Can also use with regular Control 28 speakers by connecting the transformer wires together (red to yellow, black to green)

Q: Will this item work in the Control 28 speaker. some sites list it as the replacement but there is no transformer in the control 28

A: This crossover works on both types. For the Control 28, you will not use the wires for the transformers. We ship them with the transformer wires connected together in bypass mode so they are ready to go for the standard version. For the Control 28T, you simply connect the wires to the transformer.

A: The wires are color coded so you can easily hook them up to the correct terminals on each speaker in the cabinet.

Q: Can this be used on jbl lx22 speakers

A: We have never installed these into an LX22, but the 2.8kHz crossover frequency would work well in your system. Do both the left and right to match.
