This is a complete brand new Genuine Factory JBL 2408H-2 driver
1-3/8 thread on
Size: 2.5" (64mm) wide x 2" (51mm) tall
Impedance: 8 ohm, DCR: 4 ohm
This unit does not have a replaceable diaphragm, you must replace the entire driver
This unit is not the same as the 2408H, please check your model before ordering

Great customer service , item shipped on time. Only wish JBL would make the replacement diaphgram instead of buying the complete driver itself.

Specialised in Audio

In PA speakers, JBL has been the no. 1 in manufacturing speakers in recent years. In the previous JBL speaker models are not good. The audio is not warm and clear. Up until now, The PRX series is very good. In the PRX series have this 2408H-2 compression driver installed which sound very good. Nice and Clear. JBL should continues there speakers adventure by thinking of making good speaker but also at a cheaper price. Overall, this 2408H-2 is an excellent piece of engineer. Well Done JBL.

JBL Driver

Bought the JBL replacement driver 2408H-2 for my PRX 835s. Easily the simplest install I've ever made and excellent sound quality. I'll buy again in the even I blow a horn. Fast service, delivery, and quality parts.

Product looks solid

I bought this OEM JBL HF driver after frying the diaphragms in a pair of PRX725s. At the time, all retailers were out of stock. SimplySpeakers had great communications and set reasonable expectations. In the meantime, I repaired the toasted drivers with new after-market diaphragms. Those are working fine, so I am keeping the new JBL part as a spare. I can't say it works, but I expect it will be just fine if I ever have to use it. This was my first transaction with SImplySpeakers and I would definitely recommend them.
