JL Audio 12" Foam Speaker Repair Kit, 12W6v2-D4, FSK-12JLv2 (PAIR)

It took me a while longer than the video they have on to srip the old foam off, at least an hour. The rest of the install was easy and it came out great. I would definitely recommend this product.

Instructions were simple and products supreme. I had 2 JLW12v2 subs put away I couldn't bring myself to get rid of them thanks to you both are fixed and sound like new. I Will definitely buy from simplyspeaker.com again.

the edge it re foam kit for the jl audio 12w6v2d4 was as easy to install as it looks on the video, amazing fit, leaves no guess work on centering the foam to the basket and cone. and i highly recommend adding the sealer to your kit. it stiffens up the rubber surround, giving your speaker tighter control on any bass notes. they sound better now than they did when i first got them. overall a great product.i will be doing business with Simply Speakers again in the future.

Both foam surrounds fit, finish, and function is flawless. Install was very smooth and easy. The toughest part was cleaning the old adhesive from the frame. It brought my JLs back to life, I have had these woofers for many years, and the difference in the bass is unreal.

Before I purchase this product I told my wife I have never fixed a speaker before and I am probably wasting my money but I've got to try because my speakers are $850 each I received the repair kit and in about 2 hours of work my speakers look and sound brand new amazing company

Seemed to work very well, did two subwoofers with the kit, both bit excellent. They were also very easy to install especially for someone that hasnt done this before. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do there own recone!

I was so happy when I found these replacement rings for my JL Audio 12w6v3's. The v2's and v3's use the same kit. I highly recommend Simply Speakers kit because JL's will outlive the neoprene rings so this is an inexpensive and easy to install option to keep your subwoofers like new!

I received my order quickly & in good shape, watched the installation video,it was great & well detailed, i was able to repair all 4 speakers cheaper than what a pro wanted for the repair of just one. This repair kit was extremely easy to install and works great. Simply remove the old foam (break cleaner works great to remove the remaining foam) glue the new foam to the cone then glue the foam to the surround. Takes about 2 hours to get everything done, although I let mine sit overnight before putting them back in my car.
