Ohm 8" Foam Speaker Repair Kit FSK-8 (PAIR)

These were perfect to repair an old pair of Ohm speakers Model L. Clear instructions and easy to do.

It was a great find on the Internet, a way to repair my older but quality speakers. I received my order promptly - at an excellent price and exactly as ordered. The package was detailed in instructions but your website was even better, giving me videos with tips to ensure success. The replacement went without a hitch, daresay easily. I especially appreciated the tip of using a cut up business card to center the cone. Not only would I recommend SimplySpeakers as an excellent company with an excellent product, I'm actually disappointed that I don't have any other speakers in need of "foaming". I picked up a vintage pair of Ohm L series speakers with the surrounds totally gone for 5 dollars and took them home and they worked. A quick search came with SimplySpeakers having a foam kit for the woofers. I watched their video on how to easily do a re-foam job and without shimming so the dust cap could be left in place. It took around 2 hours with dry time and was easier then I could have imagined and centered just fine. These speakers sound great and work like new and for about 30 dollars invested have speakers that I can get years of use out of. I like many was afraid to do a re-foam and I like many found it is quite easy and inexpensive.

Instructions are great which made the install quick and easy, speakers perfect!

Great product, worked as advertised. I'd never replaced surrounds before, but given age of speakers it was definitely a DYI job and Simply Speakers Surround replacement kit made it an easy job. Glue held nicely and speakers came out perfect. Really enjoy listening to these speakers again.

Very good service, easy to follow instructions. This was my first re-foam and I found it very straightforward. I couldn't bring myself to give 5 stars to two foam rings for $25, but in fairness it does seem to be the going rate, and if my speakers are good for another couple decades it will be worth it.

Product worked very well and would recomend product. One small concern is I found it would be good to know that it is easier to put the glue on the rubber surround first, so that smear is less likely to happen.

The order and shipping was quick and painless. This is the 4th kit purchased , and all items, including this kit, are perfect fits.
