Purchase and installation of speakers dust cap

Hello to all of France, These dust cap speakers are of good quality and very easy to place with glue supplied with the kit to repair the surrounds speakers. As I'm very meticulous, I made a cardboard template to be able to focus very presise the center of the cone. The glue is very fast to join, it does not leave you enough time to rectify a possible positioning error. Very good communication with Simply Speakers answering questions that you can ask them

Fit well

Standard felt dust cap with a good gluing lip.....fitted well onto my old 70's Phillips woofer. Looks sharp.

Using these on Legacy Deforest woofers where the original rubber dust caps crumbled. They fit beautifully and were easy to install.

Perfect fit

I purchased these to replace some poly caps when I was repairing a set of speakers for a friend. I have to say they not only improved the look but were a perfect upgrade. I highly recommend Simply Speakers

A: For the felt caps we like to use the MI-3035 adhesive -

You should measure the overall diameter of the old dust cap. Then choose a cap close in size to the original. It's normally better to choose a slightly larger dust cap when possible to hide the old glue line.

A: The duct caps are sold individually but you can add as many as you need to the cart.

Q: Felt? Is this what I need for the 8" woofer on from my Boston Acoustics A400? The one I have looks like paper. It measures 2.75" and has a 1/16" lip. BTW, great website! I'll be purchasing the foam for said speakers once I figure out the cap. Thx.

Q: I've changed bad speaker foams in the past with great success but never a duct cap. The speakers I'm working on have collapsed dust caps that are firmly in place. What's the best way to remove the old ones before gluing on the replacements?
