Overall, well satisfied with the product and Tom's tech support. Bought a refoaming kit and it worked very well. After a couple of weeks one speaker started making a cracking noise on the mid sounds.Called tech support and was properly advised on a probable cause and a possible way to repair it, which I intend to try. Regardless of the outcome-these are 12 yr old speakers-, good service.

My Pinnacle speakers now are performing as new. The written and U Tube instructions are clear and easy to follow. The cleaning off of the old glue requires some patience, but I expected that to be the case. It really was easy and most of the time spent was letting them dry (new glue) on their own. I did buy a new Xacto Knife after reviewing the instructions and I was glad I did. It made things progress with minimal effort. I had a newer, sharp wood chisel which finished the job of cleaning the speaker frame.

This repair kit worked great. It takes some time to do it right; don't skimp on the drying times in between. They're worth it. Easy to apply. Cleanliness and patience in application is well worth it. Saved a couple hundred by not buying new speakers.

Worked well! Pain in the arse to clean & glue... but the result of care & patience brought my sub-wofer back to life & it sounds great. Not a project for type "A" or above personalities!

I just wanted to send a note letting you know that this product made my Boston Acoustics Media Theater Subwoofer sound like new! Being a 20+ year old system, the foam around the subwoofer degraded, making it sound terrible. Eventually, it completely blew, and I only had the part number of 304-160007-00 to try and find a replacement speaker. During a search, a link to your product came up, and I decided to try and repair the speaker myself. Getting to the speaker itself was a little tricky, as I had never tried to open a subwoofer before, but with patience, I was able to get it out of the enclosure, and make the repairs. The instructions were very easy to follow, and I also viewed the youtube videos to see the actual process, which made the repair itself very simple. I would highly recommend this product for its quality. I am listening to music right now with my repaired system, and I can't believe how good it sounds again after all this time. Thank you very much for making it so easy.
