This stuff is high quality. I had to build it up a bit to bridge a pretty good gap due to a warped cone and it's solid as a rock.

Speaker repair

I had to utilize this to reinstall the dustcap on an older speaker. Simply Speakers has a video online that really makes the procedure easy to understand.

Was looking for this type of glue/varnish for a long time. Placed my order for Cerwin Vega cloth surrounds, surround sealer, dust caps and the lead wire dressing. Excellent stuff. Well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Shipping took a little longer than I anticipated, 2 weeks, from the tracking I could see that Canada Customs was not in any hurry.

A: For poly cones, we recommend our MI-3035 clear adhesive.

Q: hello, I have a pair of 15" woofer JBL 130A that are at least 40 years old or more. They are the first release made by JBL, of course paper cone with the same paper used also for the external surround ring wich is connected to the basket. I really love these beatifull hi efficiency woofers, so in order to prevent a deterioration of the external suspension ring made of paper, I was thinking to impregnate this part with something like glue. Do you have the proper product to realize this restoring? Thank you Kind regards Max

Yes, for vintage JBL paper surrounds, use our edge treatment PVA compound. Part # MI-1291FG.
