Why We No Longer Offer Speaker Repair Services

Over the years, Simply Speakers has proudly restored thousands of speakers through our in-house repair service. However, following the pandemic, we observed a significant shift in customer preferences. More and more people are choosing to tackle repairs themselves using our trusted DIY kits.

In response to this change, we made the difficult decision to discontinue our send-in repair service. This allows us to focus entirely on what we do best: providing high-quality speaker parts and legendary DIY kits through our mail-order business.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our community and appreciate your understanding as we evolve to meet your needs. Whether you're refoaming a vintage woofer or rebuilding a beloved set of speakers, we're here to help you every step of the way.

JBL L112 vintage Woofers Reapir

Simply Speakers performed a complete overall of my vintage JBL L112 woofers including replacing the voice coil, etc. The basic frame was intact as were the magnets but everything else needed to be replaced and they did a fantastic job. The speakers sound great! I would highly recommend their repair and overhaul services. In my opinion, the cost of $290 (which included shipping back to me) was more than fair.

Perfection!

The JBL 250 Ti LE-14 woofers were plagued with foam rot. The speakers were not producing the sharp accurate base like they used to. Simply Speakers re-foamed them to perfection. They looked great and the sound is legendary...like new. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Simply Speakers.

Refoam S/M 152 Infinity Woofer

What a great job you did on my SM 152 woofer sounds great the refoam was excellent they arrived in good shape keep up the the good work Thanks Again.

Excellent service

I sent my old subwoofer for repair, an Infinity SSW-10 Servo Subwoofer on which the foam around the speaker appeared to have disintegrated with age producing a rattling sound when bass frequencies were really low and/or loud. Customer service was superb and it was returned in splendid working condition to, hopefully, give me a further 10 years of good quality sound. And all at an extremely competitive, reasonable price. Five stars.

New Life for My Paradigm Titans

I didn't want to take a chance replacing the foam myself so I sent them to Simply Speakers. They did a great job and very quickly. Great support and feedback all along. My Titans haven't sounded this good in years!
