Sean provides online sales support, performs repairs, and is the guru in our popular how-to videos. He works with everyone to keep things flowing smoothly. 

Valerie expedites incoming orders from our sales channels and prepares them for shipment. She also makes sure all the bills get paid and vendors are taken care of. 

Tom provides sales support, and oversees product placement through our sales channels. He helps with Amazon fulfillment, packaging and shipments when needed. 

Bev helps with packaging, kit preparation and labeling to keep repair kits and products moving from station to station through the warehouse.
