Shipping

We offer SAME day shipping on orders placed by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. 

We ship from our warehouse in St. Petersburg, FL 

Free shipping is via US Mail or UPS ground. Free ship delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days. You may also choose expedited US Mail Priority, US Mail Express, UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day and UPS 3 Day service.

US Mail shipments arrive Monday through Saturday. If you place an order by 3pm EST on Thursday and choose US Mail Priority or US Mail Express service, we will ship the same day, and it will delivered (not guaranteed) within 2 to 3 business days. If you place an order on Friday and choose US Mail Priority or US Mail Express service, it will ship on Monday and will be delivered (not guaranteed) within 2 to 3 business days.

UPS shipments arrive Monday through Friday. If you place an order by 3pm EST on Thursday and choose UPS 2-day service, we will ship the same day, and it will delivered on Monday. If you place an order on Friday and choose UPS Overnight, it will ship on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) required for all returns.

We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once order has been authorized for return, we will email an RMA. Please follow the instructions in the email and ship item prepaid to us for evaluation, repair or exchange. Manufacturer will cover the cost of replacement item and return delivery to you if item is deemed to be defective.  

Items that have been mis-ordered may also be returned for refund or exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase at customer expense. Returned items must be in new saleable condition with all ORIGINAL packaging (inner and outer boxes) and contents.

Units showing signs of use, ie. solder or screw marks or scratches cannot be returned. A MINIMUM restocking fee of 50% may apply in situations where the returned items(s) are not saleable as brand new, or are missing parts or original packaging. 

Please use the "Contact Us" link on our website to obtain an RMA # prior to making a return. Return items shipped to us without an RMA  will be refused and returned to sender. 

Special order items, specials, closeouts, and scratch and dent items are NOT returnable. Refunds are applied within 24 hours to the buyers account originally used for the purchase. We will email confirmation of refund immediately upon issuance. Your bank may hold your funds for 24 to 48 hours after we show the refund as completed. 

"FREE" ship orders incur a restock fee (usually around 20%) to cover the cost of postage.

RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 

SPEAKER DIAPHRAGMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING, including the outer shipping box, with no labels applied to the factory box! Otherwise, a refund may be denied.

IF A RETURNED ITEM SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF INSTALLATION OR USE, A REFUND MAY BE DENIED.

Warranty Terms

Due to the nature of voice coils and their installation, we DO NOT warranty recone kits, diaphragms, or other repair parts that are not installed and tested by our technicians.

New Replacement Speakers and Parts: 1 year for Simply Speakers and SS Audio, other brands vary by manufacturer guidelines

Used Replacement Speakers and Parts: 90 days

Speaker Refoaming Service: 7 years home and pro speakers, 1 year automotive speakers (limited to surround life only).

Speaker Reconing Service: 90 days home, pro, and automotive speakers

Speaker Rediaphragm Service: 90 days home, pro, and automotive speakers.

Speakers showing signs of misuse, overpowering, under-powering (distortion), malfunctioning amplifiers, or improper crossovers will not be covered under warranty. Speakers with burnt voice coils, blistered voice coils, torn cones, spiders, or other signs of abuse, amplifier malfunction, crossover malfunction, or misuse will not be covered under warranty.

Simply Speakers purchase or repair receipt must be presented with any speaker or part for warranty consideration.

Items returned for warranty consideration must be shipped freight prepaid, with all ORIGINAL packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping if warranty claim is deemed valid by the manufacturer.  

Payment Methods 

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address your credit or debit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or your charge to be declined. In the event of your credit or debit card being declined due to an address mismatch, your credit card company may hold the funds temporarily. We will not capture funds on a declined transaction and your bank may show these funds as temporarily "unavailable", "authorized" or "pending payment". Please contact your card issuing bank for details on how they handle these transactions.

We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Taxes

Simply Speakers will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida and other states where required.

For orders shipped outside of the USA, the customer is solely responsible for sales taxes, import duties, or other fees.

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend international buyers check with their country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. 

We can not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as "gifts". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Out of stock products and multiple product orders

In stock products ship the same day if ordered by 3pm, EST or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for any standard catalog items. Orders for non-stock items may not be canceled.  

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. The entirety of the original shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our website, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

We do not provide your information to any 3rd party marketing firms, websites, or other entities.

Simply Speakers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Speaker repair charges 

Speaker repairs must be shipped to our location. We do not offer a local drop off option. Our warehouse is for internet sales only, no walk ins.

Repair services are quoted and pre-paid before work will begin. Please use the "Contact Us" link to obtain pricing for your particular speaker model.
