Free shipping is provided via USPS or UPS Ground and typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
Expedited options are available including USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day, and UPS 3-Day services.
Delivery Notes:
USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. UPS delivers Monday through Friday.
Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns.
We accept returns for defective products within 30 days of purchase. Once approved, an RMA will be issued with return instructions.
Items mis-ordered may also be returned within 30 days at the customer’s expense.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in brand new, saleable condition with all original packaging.
Items showing signs of installation or use (including solder, scratches, or mounting marks) may be denied.
Restocking Fees:
A minimum 50% restocking fee may apply for items that are not in new condition or missing packaging.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all free shipping orders.
Returns without an RMA will be refused.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours after approval. Banks may take 24–48 hours to post funds.
Due to the nature of speaker repair components, we do not warranty recone kits, diaphragms, or repair parts unless installed by our technicians.

Used Speakers & Parts: 90 days
Refoaming Service: 7 years (home/pro), 1 year (automotive)
Reconing & Diaphragm Service: 90 days
Damage caused by misuse, overpowering, distortion, or faulty equipment is not covered.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be shipped prepaid. Return shipping is covered if approved.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please ensure your billing address matches your card issuer’s records to avoid delays or declined transactions.
All orders are processed immediately upon placement.
If an order is canceled due to customer error or buyer’s remorse, a non-refundable processing fee will apply.
This fee is typically 10% of the total transaction amount.
Among other costs, this fee covers payment processing costs that are not refunded to us by payment providers. We strongly encourage customers to review all orders carefully prior to completing their purchase.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
