Remove the back driver cover, noting the correct positive and negative hook ups to the original diaphragm. Remove the 3 mounting screws and the old diaphragm assembly.  Make note of the direction the diaphragm fits over the mounting pins. Clean the magnet gap using masking tape sticky side out on a business card and run around the gap until clean. Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Some versions may require re-drilling the three new diaphragm mounting holes using a 1/8" (3mm) bit to allow for easier installation of the original mounting screws.
