Ordered a foam repair kit for 12" speakers. Items arrived very fast and worked perfectly. Thought it might be a difficult and frustrating job, however, with the quality product and easy to follow video instructions made available it only took minutes and restored these woofers to like new condition. When those were complete I ordered a set for 4" mids. This process went just as easily as the woofers. Would highly recommend this business to everyone.

Retired Old Guy

Repaired two Sears LXI Model 143.94185900 speakers that I purchased in 1979.This year I accidently bumped the speaker screens and noticed considerable deterioration. Went on line and found you guys and your videos. I never repaired a speaker before but your instructions were great and easy to follow. The repair went just your videos and the speakers are performing just as they did when new.

Great Service

I ordered speaker foams from a sales person which turned out to be the wrong size. I contacted SimplySpeakers and they immediately sent me the correct ones. I have installed the foams using the easy to use online video that they provide and they worked great. I would definitely recommend SimplySpeakers because of customer service. It is getting increasingly hard to find a business with good customer service. For that reason, I am giving them a five star rating. Thank you from North Bay Ontario Canada.

Great Stuff

Excellent foam rings worked very well, speakers sound new again. Also purchased foam sealers which works great. SimplySpeakers glue is by far the best I have used for speaker refoaming.

The repair kit is awesome. My Infinity speakers are about 20 years old and still in excellent condition except the foam rings around the woofers were decaying. I was sure I'd have to buy new speakers and to get the same quality would have been several hundred bucks. I stumbled across your website and figured I might as well give the replacement rings a try. It was easier to replace them and the finished repair looks better than I'd expected. The sound is perfect, right back to original and I only paid $25. Thanks for making this product, and thanks for the YouTube help videos.

The kit arrived in a few days after ordering. The instructions were clear and I was able to use the kit to repair my 12" speakers in just about a half and hour. It was easy. I let the adhesive dry for about 2 hours and then reinstalled the speakers into the cabinet. The speakers sounded good the first day and better after about 2 days use, This was way less expensive than purchasing replacement speakers.

Q: I have a Peavey 12" guitar speaker, numbers on speaker are: 12 838 and 67 7402. This speaker has the square magnet and aluminum dust cap. It needs re-foam, The cone measures at 9 1/2" not 9 1/4". will the FSK-12A work for this speaker? I think it is ans angle fit.

A: Yes, this kit will work for your Peavey model. The FSK-12A works for cones up to 9.5". For cones which are slightly larger we recommend the FSK-12Ji.

Q: I have a pair of Sansui S-57 speakers that need new foam. The original foam on the 12" woofer is attached to the back of the cone rather than the front. Also it does not have a flat surface just the angle of the cone. Which foam kit is used for this and do you attach it to the back of cone like the original or to the front?

A: Our FSK-12A fits the Sansui S-57. You can attach the new surrounds on the back just like the original.
