If you are replacing worn-out grill cloth, it's 1.) very easy to do, just watch the video and 2.) buy this adhesive. It's the right choice and is easy to work with. No need to look further, this is the one! I just finished acquiring, one piece at a time, a complete set of mid-80's JBL J-series speakers: J216, J220, J320, J325 and J350's. Besides now having a sound room that is totally awesome, the speakers all have the same grill cloth (also purchased here, separate review) and look like new. Awesome product and great service / delivery.

The glue worked great. I followed instructions just like on the video. The one thing that was a little different in my case is that the glue got tacky almost immediately. By the time I had run a bead down the last edge, it was already getting tacky, so I quickly spread it with my fingers and then immediately started attaching the cloth. FYI: I made my own speaker grill frames from 1/2" MDF and painted them with matte black paint. This stuff goes a long way. I ordered two tubes just in case. I was able to put new cloth on the OEM grills for my JBL 4312A's, and then do another pair of new speaker grills for the same speakers (different color cloth), and then do one grill of the third pair, before having to open the 2nd tube. So one tube did 5 speaker grills for JBL 4312A's. Works great!!

The MI-3035 glue works great!

I used this glue to re-stretch the original fabric on my Klipsch Chorus II's. The glue tacked and dried fast. This glue worked great. Highly recommend!

Great producr.Made replacing the grills a snap. A must buy product if you are replacing your grill fabric.
