Excellent product. Wish I had purchased earlier. The step by step YouTube video made the project a snap. A very detailed presentation, easy to follow. I am not much on instructions.

I have a 2003 Toyota Sequoia SR5 with 139,528 miles. My front, right passenger window failed to come up several months ago. Rather than pay the dealership, I watched a You Tube video, easlily fixed it myself and saved over $800. The Greatest part of the repair was that I was forced to remove the 8" JBL door speaker that I had been putting off even though I knew it had deteriorated and was causing a very low quality sound. While looking for JBL replacements, I discovered a video highliting Simply Speakers which demonstrated step-by-step instructions on replacing the surround foam (which had completely deteriorated on mine and which also explained the poor performance). I knew this was my best and most economical solution, so I ordered on line directly, the Toyota Sequoia JBL 7" Foam Speaker Repair Kit with the optional Liquid Foam Guard. The kit included repairs for BOTH front speakers and for less than $40.00. The removal of the door and speaker was very easy, and the repair kit that I purchased was exactly as demonstrated. I am now replacing the foam on the remaining 6 JBL's. Simply Speaker's provides an incredible solution for any speaker repair and with full technical support. I am 101% satisfied with their product. The prices for Simply Speakers' repair kits are beyond a great value. I can't figure how they are able to provide their repair kit so inexpensively! I purchase the my used 2003 Toyota Sequoia Limited with the factory JBL system this year and quickly realized that the front driver and passenger speakers were blown. The car still had the stock stereo as well, so I purchased a new deck from Best Buy and had it installed by Geek Squad. I told the Geek that the speakers were blown and he recommended the Simply Speakers repair kit and told me that he could do the speaker repair for somewhere between $100-$200. However, when I visited simplyspeakers.com, I was happy to find a youtube video that walks you through the repair process step by step. What a great thing to offer from a company that makes money from doing the repairs themselves! So after finding a different youtube video on how to remove the door panels, I followed the speaker repair video and re-installed the speakers myself. The repair process is time consuming and a little messy because you have to remove all of the old/damaged foam and glue and wait for the glue to dry once you put the new foam pieces on. I only have one criticism and that is I wish the youtube video provided more close-up shots of the process. The newly repaired speakers have been in my truck for about a month now and THEY SOUND GREAT! I've turned the volume, bass, and treble as high as my ears could take with no problems or blow outs. I am super stoked with my purchase of the JBL 7" speaker repair kit and would definitely purchase from Simply Speakers again (hopefully I won't have to though).
